Eva is Head of Operations and Programmes for Executive Education, where she oversees strategic partnerships, programme and portfolio development, and directs international high-profile executive training programmes. She leads the Executive Education team, which delivers high-impact capacity-building programmes for senior leaders worldwide.
Eva gained extensive experience at international consultancy companies in Switzerland, and she was a researcher at the United Nations Headquarters in New York within the Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA). Prior to joining Executive Education, she contributed to a major economic policy research project at the Hertie School, examining advisory systems in Germany and the U.S. In addition to her Diploma in Sociology, Eva holds a Master’s degree in European Studies and Politics from the University of Konstanz (Germany) and the University of California, Berkeley (USA).
Eva is currently on sabbatical, pursuing advanced graduate studies and research at Harvard Kennedy School.
