Eva is Head of Operations and Programme Developer for Executive Education and is responsible for strategic partnerships, programme and portfolio development, international high-profile executive courses and capacity-building programmes. She leads the team of the Executive Education department, which develops and delivers various executive trainings and programmes in the area of public policy for international clients around the world.
Before joining the Hertie School, she worked as a project manager in several international companies in Switzerland. She also conducted research and completed a traineeship at the United Nations Headquarters in New York within the Department of Economic and Social Affairs/Division of Public Administration. As a Research Associate at the Hertie School, she worked on a three-year project focusing on economic policy advice in Germany and the USA.
Eva holds a Diploma degree in Sociology from the Russian State University for the Humanities and was a Research Scholar at the Leuphana University Lüneburg (Germany). She completed her Master’s degree in European Studies and Politics at the University of Konstanz (Germany) and the University of California, Berkeley (USA).
