Latica Tomašić Kickert is an Adaptive Leadership lecturer and strategist, training graduate students and executives from the public sector and in startups across six continents. She has further developed applications of Adaptive Leadership for the public sector, sustainability and women’s leadership. Ms.Tomašić Kickert has taught at Harvard Kennedy School, Hertie School and at LUISS, Rome and is the recipient of the Harvard Kennedy School Dean’s Award for Excellence in Teaching. Ms. Tomašić Kickert’s work draws on twenty years of experience in government and with the United Nations community in New York - where she served as President of the Women’s International Forum, a global non-profit dedicated to advancing sustainable development and women’s leadership. She holds an MC-MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, USA, an MA Architecture from Zagreb University; and Certificates in European Affairs from the École Nationale d’Administration, France and in International Economic Issues and Development Policy from ITEC, India.
