Dimitri Perepelkin holds a bachelor’s degree in North American Studies from the Freie Universität Berlin, specialising in political science and history. He also studied international relations at MGIMO University in Moscow (BA). Before joining the Executive Education team as Finance Assistant as well as the Faculty Assistant team, he gained experience as a student assistant in Hertie School's Fundraising team. His essay on the regulation of military AI brought him a win in the 2020 OSCE-ISFH essay competition Conventional Arms Control and CBMS in Europe. He speaks English, Russian, German, and French.
