Zoé von Finck is Head of the Crisis Response Centre at the Ministry of Finance.
Prior to that, she served as Head of Office for State Secretary Dr. Jörg Kukies and Deputy Head of the ”United Nations, Global issues and Africa” unit at the German Federal Chancellery. She also worked as a speech writer to the German Federal Minister of Economic Cooperation and Development and served as Acting Head of Cooperation at the German Embassy in Ghana, as Desk Officer for Syria and Lebanon at the German Federal Foreign Office and as the Director of the Public Policy Program at the American Academy in Berlin.
She holds a Ph.D. in International Politics from the Freie Universität Berlin, an MBA from the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT), Berlin and a M.S.c Econ in Middle East Politics and Arabic from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), London. She also hosts the Podcast “Ich bin so frei” on women, freedom and how to shape our future.
