Julia Sulerz is a Research Associate at the Hertie School Centre for Sustainability, contributing to the ARIADNE project. Her research focuses on climate governance in multi-level systems for achieving net-zero emissions. Before joining the Centre, she gained practical experience in energy and climate policy through various positions, including roles at the German Energy Agency, Siemens Energy, and the Senate Department for Economy, Energy, and Public Enterprises. Julia holds a Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering and Management from the Berliner Hochschule für Technik and a Master’s in Public Policy from the Hertie School.
