Eight organisations join our Fall 2023 Energy and Climate Networking Event

Thank you to the Hertie School alumni and community members who introduced their organisations and spoke with our students about careers in the field.

On Thursday 16 November, the Centre for Sustainability, Hertie School Career Development office and the Hertie Energy and Environment Network hosted the bi-annual Energy and Climate Networking event with representatives from eight climate and energy organisations, including many Hertie School alumni. Students and alumni learned from guest speakers about their experiences in the field, gaining insights into how to prepare for careers in sustainability. Following a brief introduction round where presenters gave an overview of their organisations, students, alumni, and guests had the opportunity to network and hold informal conversations.

  • Benjamin La Trobe (MIA 2022) & Kirsten Stone (MPP 2023), Aurora Energy Research
  • Clare Waldmann, Climate Analytics
