The webinar that was hosted on 1 November 2021 by RefMig research project, a Horizon 2020 award funded by the European Research Council, and ASILE research project, a funded project by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme, in association with the Centre for Fundamental Rights at the Hertie School, explored the right to work in international law, and examined various attempts to render it effective across diverse contexts, both through litigation and political processes
