As part of the extracurricular activities organised to support Human Rights and Global Governance MIA students, the Centre for Fundamental Rights invites students enrolled in this stream to join a study visit to Amnesty International Deutschland to learn more about:
- The work of Amnesty International, the world's largest human rights NGO
- How volunteers and professionals work together to fight for human rights in the Amnesty International
- Engage in discussion with Beate Streicher, Amnesty International's human rights officer for Policing and Human rights and International law and Yasmin Khuder, International Law and Policy Advisor.
Preparatory readings will be sent to students joining the site visit in advance.
