Kata Fredheim is an Affiliated Researcher at the House of Governance and Public Policy (SSE), Executive Vice President for Partnership and Strategy, Associate Professor in Economics and Business at SSE Riga, and a Research Fellow at BICEPS.
Trained as a social anthropologist, her research focuses on migration, internationalisation, and higher education, with her most recent work centered on Ukraine. She has extensive experience in fundraising, management, and strategic development. Her teaching covers global challenges, anthropology, and leadership.
