European Public Administration Country Knowledge (EUPACK)

European Public Administration Country Knowledge (EUPACK) enhances knowledge and understanding of the status and reform dynamics of public administration in EU member states, as well as the contribution of external support for improving its quality, to better target EU support in this area in the future. Gerhard Hammerschmid is the leading policy expert in this two-year project, implemented in cooperation with a team of renowned public administration experts from all EU member states, at the behest of the European Commission.
