With the increasing digitalisation and new developments such as big data, open data and artificial intelligence the work of government is fundamentally changing. What type of competencies and skills will be required for the future of government? What are key challenges and demands on public leaders to successfully manage digital transformation? How can professionals acquire and develop the necessary digital skills and competencies?
The event will be moderated by Gerhard Hammerschmid, Professor of Public and Financial Management and Director of the Centre for Digital Governance.
