Fabian Zubicky holds a Master of Arts in Politics and History from the University of Edinburgh, graduating with distinction. At the Hertie School he studied public policy, taking a special interest in security policy and international governance. His professional experience includes working for the Liberal parties in the Swedish and Scottish Parliaments, Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator in South Africa and ActionAid in India. Fabian completed his Professional Year at the German Federal Ministry of Defence and continued to work there as a Desk Officer during his time at the Hertie School, where he developed German military policy and international operations. He is considering a career in the fields of international governance and diplomacy, focusing on the topics of security and defence.
