Vishal Tripathi holds a Bachelor of Law and Arts from Gujarat National Law University. At the Hertie School he studied public policy, specialising in energy economics and data science. Prior to commencing studies at the Hertie School, he worked as a Consultant at NITI Aayog, the think tank of the Government of India and led various projects in the health and nutrition sector across the country. His other professional experience includes an advisory role in pollution abatement with local government and legal practice. During his master's studies, he worked as a part-time Consultant at a major political consulting firm in India, where he focused on social policy and public finance. Vishal is particularly interested in opportunities at the intersection of energy, climate and global health.
