Neeraj Tom Savio holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Political Science and Sociology from St. Joseph's University, India. At the Hertie School he studied international affairs, specialising in security studies as well as further studying democratic governance and institutions. He interned as a Strategic Analyst at H.B. Fuller, developing a novel methodology to reduce supply chain dependence. His master's thesis exploring nuclear strategy in South Asia was funded and supported by the IPLI foundation and the Hertie School Centre for International Security. He is additionally a Salzburg Seminar Fellow, being a member of Public Policy New Voices Europe 2023. His interests revolve around research and journalistic opportunities pertaining to nuclear security, grand strategy, authoritarianism and the Global South.
