Joscha Pocha holds a Diploma in Medicine from the Medical University of Graz. At the Hertie School, he studied international affairs, specialising in health governance and European affairs. As part of the master's programme, he spent one semester at Georgetown University. His professional experience includes many medical rotations, a year as a medical intern and an internship with an MP, working in the Health Committee of the German Bundestag. During his master’s studies, he worked as a part-time Student Assistant at the Robert Koch-Institut, where he focused on different projects related to global health and public health intelligence. Joscha is particularly interested in opportunities related to global health and health diplomacy.
