Ferdinand Plettenberg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Governance and Public Policy from the University of Passau. At the Hertie School, he studied public policy, specialising in public sector digitalisation and leadership. He participated in the Erasmus exchange semester programme at the Stockholm School of Economics, where he focused on strategic management and innovation. During his Professional Year, Ferdinand worked as a Public Sector Consultant at Cassini Consulting. His other professional experience includes internships in a corporate affairs and policy advice consultancy, the German Bundestag and a political foundation. Ferdinand is passionate about transforming the public sector to improve the common good and is interested in pursuing a career in consulting and GovTech start-ups.
