Horacio Pezzelatto is a fully qualified lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Parliamentary Diplomacy from Universidad Austral. His professional experience is mainly in the public sector of Argentina where he was a Chief of Staff in the Argentine Parliament and previously, a legal advisor to the Buenos Aires City Government. During his master’s studies, he was selected to be part of the CIVICA-Google Public Summer Institute in Europe and to represent the Hertie School in the Global Public Policy Network (GPPN) Conference in Sao Paulo. He has international experience in Brazil, Spain, Germany and India. Horacio is interested in opportunities related to digital governance, regulation and consulting.
