Lukas Müller holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a specialisation in digital political communication from Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. He pursued his graduate studies in public policy at the Hertie School, with an academic exchange programme at the University of Toronto, focusing on government digitisation and innovation ecosystem development. Lukas has experience in consulting and campaign management for private and public sector clients and parties. During his studies he worked at GovMind, where he analysed the European GovTech ecosystem. He was Managing Director of 180 Degrees Consulting Berlin e.V. and co-founded the Hertie School City Lab. Lukas is particularly passionate about mission-oriented innovation and the role of entrepreneurship in solving policy challenges.
