Noé Letourneux holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is passionate about digital labour platforms and civic participation. At the Hertie School, he specialised in digital governance and organisational management. During his Professional Year, he worked at the German development agency GIZ in the Public-Private partnership: Strategic Alliance Orange Digital Centres and launched the citizenship education project Understanding Europe France. Noé also worked as a Freelance Public Sector Consultant during his studies, focusing on improving working conditions on digital labour platforms with the GIZ Gig Economy Initiative, increasing civic participation with the French consultancy Stratéact' and enhancing governmental transparency in Africa with the European Research Centre for Anti-corruption and State-Building.
