Khalil Khalifa holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Relations from the University of Toronto. At the Hertie School he studied international affairs, specialising in international security as well as focusing on courses related to finance and trade. During his internship Khalil worked at the United Nations, holding a position with the Partnership for Action on Green Economy. Throughout his education, Khalil has been intrigued by the role of political economy in global affairs. His fascination stems from experiences in different parts of the world in cities such as Toronto, Dubai, Singapore, Paris, Geneva and Berlin. Khalil is particularly interested in roles pertaining to sustainable development, diplomacy, consulting and Canadian foreign affairs.
