Felix Karlsson completed his dual degree with the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy at the University of Toronto. In Berlin, he studied international affairs and specialised in European governance while working in the government affairs department at Siemens Energy. In Toronto, he took courses at the intersection of international political economy, innovation and climate. Before joining the Hertie School, he worked at the Embassy of Sweden in Berlin. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, with an exchange semester at King's College London. Felix is particularly interested in international security, green industrial policy and collaborations between the public and private sectors.
