Esteban Gracia Leon is passionate about the intersection between social media and social innovation. He has worked at the Colombian presidency, at Colombia's National Planning Department, and at UN's International Organization for Migration (IOM). He has also worked for companies such as Google, Latam Airlines, Coca Cola, among others while at FTI Consulting; also with Novo Nordisk and BASF at Dattis Comunicaciones. In Berlin, he was community development intern at Common Goal. He is the founder of Bogotaplan, a social innovation project that accounts more than 180.000 followers on social media. Esteban holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the Universidad del Rosario, and is recipient of two leadership scholarships from Universidad de los Andes and the Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA).
