Anna Forsstrøm holds a Bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies and in Human Geography from the University of Oslo (UiO), including 2 exchange semesters at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba in Argentina (UNC). At the Hertie School, she studied a master’s degree in international affairs, specialising in human rights as well as international security. Before pursuing her master’s degree, Anna interned at the Norwegian Embassy in Buenos Aires for six months and worked for one-and-a-half years as a Higher Executive Officer at the Norwegian Embassy in Havana. Her other professional experience includes an internship at the Argentine Embassy in Berlin. Anna is particularly interested in opportunities within the areas of human rights, diplomacy and foreign affairs at the European and Latin American level.
