Lucrezia Flavia Ferretti holds a German-Italian B.A. degree in political science from the University of Trento and the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, with a year abroad at the University of Mannheim. At Hertie, she completed an MPP specializing in policy analysis. During her Professional Year in the German Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, she was a Junior Policy Officer in the European Directorate General. Her previous work experience includes political education work in NGOs, EU-related research and lobbying for the German Marshall Fund and the European Movement Germany, and work on digitalization for the Stifterverband. She currently continues to engage in labor and social policy by working for the Social Democrats (SPD) in the German Parliament.
