Diego Chagas de Souza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and an LL.M in Constitutional Law from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro. At the Hertie School, he studied public policy with a concentration in policy analysis, specialising in digital governance and development. During his studies, Diego worked in the educational sector as a product manager for a German start-up, providing aid for universities spread across the country. Additionally, his previous experience in Brazil encompasses working as a private attorney and as a political advisor, addressing a variety of topics in both the private and public sectors. Diego is interested in opportunities in compliance and due diligence related to digital governance and development.
