Richard Beil holds a degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Leuphana University Lüneburg, where he worked as Research Assistant for the Chair for International Relations. During his time at the Hertie School and his exchange semester at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, he studied international affairs, specialising in development and security studies. During his Professional Year at the German development agency GIZ in Colombia, he engaged in data-driven evaluations and public affairs. His other professional experience includes working as a tutor for statistics and consulting on data analysis and risk management. Richard is especially interested in work in development, security and data on the national and international level.
