Hussam Al Erhayel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Sciences from the German Jordanian University in Amman. At the Hertie School he studied public administration, specialising in digitalisation and big data. Professionally, Erhayel is the Executive Director of the International Federation of Liberal Youth and the former Jordan Projects Coordinator at the Friedrich-Naumann Foundation for Freedom. Over the course of his more than nine years of work experience in political education, Erhayel designed, led and co-facilitated several seminars and conferences, including seminars on human rights, leadership skills, NGO management and the Open Society Foundations.
