Katharina Vasilakis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Law from Heidelberg University. At the Hertie School, she studied public management, specialising in the digitalisation of the public sector. During her Professional Year, Katharina worked as a Consultant for the Public Sector at Kienbaum Consultants in Berlin. Her other professional experience includes internships in the public sector (German Bundestag, Gemeinderatsfraktion), civil and political engagement, internships in employer branding and event management as well as experience as a consultant for the private sector. Katharina is working part-time as a consultant during her master's degree. She is highly interested in opportunities in public administration as well as at consultancies which focus on the public sector.
