Simon Schroeder holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Heidelberg University. At the Hertie School and his semester abroad at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, he studied international affairs specialising in human rights, sustainability and the UN system in particular. His professional experience includes internships at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), the consultancy Kekst CNC and political foundations. During his master's studies he worked part-time for a unit of the German development agency GIZ that operates as mandataries within the department for European policies at the Ministry for Economic Affairs. Simon is particularly interested in opportunities in public administration, foreign affairs and European governance.
