Shubha Karra holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research, India. At the Hertie School she studied public policy, focussing on policies governing creation of digital public infrastructure and finding solutions to big tech dominance. She attended Central European University, Vienna as part of the Erasmus exchange programme where she studied economic nationalism and the politics of government transparency. She has fourteen years of professional experience as an Indian corporate lawyer advising clients on their private equity investments, general corporate matters, competition law, commercial contracts and disputes. Shubha is interested in the intersection of technology and competition policies in India and globally.
