Rodrigo Bolaños holds a Bachelor in Actuarial Sciences from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. At the Hertie School he studied public policy, specialising in governance, anti-corruption, statehood, and democracy areas. Furthermore, he engaged deeply in methodological tools such as causal analysis and data science. During his studies, he widen his experience by doing internships at the European Research Centre for Anti-Corruption and State-Building and at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in the Public Sector Integrity Division. Before his degree, he worked for more than five years as a Researcher at Ethos, a Mexico-based think tank focussed on public policy. Rodrigo is interested in opportunities in anti-corruption and state-building.
