Milan Schröder holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in communication science from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. At the Hertie School he studied international affairs, specialising in security studies and data science. His professional experience includes research internships at the Centre for International Security and with a Member of the State Parliament of Hesse, journalistic experience at 3sat, as well as part-time research assistance to Professor Julian Wucherpfennig as part of a project of the European University of Social Sciences (CIVICA) on migration, terrorism and democracy. Milan is particularly interested in data science- and research-heavy opportunities related to issues such as international relations and security, democratic processes and climate governance.
