Meliha Musabasic holds a Bachelor of Arts in German Philology from the University of Sarajevo and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. Before joining the Hertie School, she worked, among other things, for five years as a project manager in an agency specialising in political events and communication in Berlin. At the Hertie School, she studied the MPP with a focus on management and organisation. During her Professional Year, she worked in the Policy Lab Digital, Work and Society at the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, where she now works as a Policy Officer. Meliha is very interested in digital governance, the digitalisation of the world of work and the creation as well as promotion of social innovations, which is currently also her main professional field.
