Maurits Schulze graduated from the Hertie School with a MIA, specialising in finance and trade. Before that, he successfully completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, studying at New York University for one semester. Maurits most recently worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Anke Hassel, in public sector digitalisation consulting at BearingPoint and in development finance at KfW Development Bank. Additionally, he completed internships at the German development agency GIZ in Santiago de Chile and in the German Bundestag. Maurits is fluent in German, Dutch and English and speaks Spanish at a business fluent level (C2). Maurits is particularly interested in opportunities in public administration, finance and (central) banking and economic research.
