Lucian Plaumann holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours), graduating with distinction. He is currently completing his MPP focusing on policy analysis, macroeconomics and political economy. His thesis, in collaboration with the Federal Chancellery of Germany, assesses the magnitude of seasonal migratory labour in Germany. During his master's studies, Lucian has worked as a Research Assistant on a Future of Work project for the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Prior to this he was engaged at EY in the Government and Public Sector team and has worked at KPMG in New Zealand. Lucian is looking for an opportunity in a research-oriented role related to labour markets and social policy. In the private sector, this ambition extends to supply chain governance, public policy and corporate social responsibility.
