Linn von Engelbrechten holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on economics and mathematics from Maastricht University. At the Hertie School, she studied public policy, specialising in economic policy and empirical methods. During her Professional Year, Linn worked as a junior policy officer at the German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Her other professional experience includes internships at DIW Econ, KPMG and the public sector consultancy PD, where she also worked as a Working Student during the first year of her master’s studies. During the second year of her studies, she worked at the Charité's BIH Digital Health Accelerator Program for digital health start-ups. Linn is particularly interested in opportunities in policy analysis and data science.
