Lena Wagner (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. She studied public policy at the Hertie School and specialised in advanced data analysis for the social sciences. During her master's studies, she co-founded Frontline100, a research and training organisation that is dedicated to improving response systems to domestic abuse. Her previous experiences include public sector consulting at KPMG and business development consulting at Social Impact Lab, among others. At the Hertie School, she co-founded the student club SHIELD, where she and her peers advocated for an inclusive learning environment and aimed to educate the Hertie community on the importance of designing policy with marginalised groups in mind.
