Alice Ricchina (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Science in International Politics and Government from Bocconi University, where she also attended the Master of Science Economics and Management of Government and International Organisations. At the Hertie School Alice studied public policy, focusing on public management innovation, citizens empowerment and the welfare state as her main subjects of study. During her master's studies, Alice worked as an Assistant to the Project Manager at the Buzzi Unicem Foundation in support of the Buzzi Hospital in Milan. Alongside her management work, she produced the Foundation’s annual budget report. The policy fields she is most interested in are education and migration, with a particular focus on integration issues in local contexts.
