Alexandra Saba holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at New Paltz and a Master of Social Work from Hunter College. Prior to moving to Berlin, she directed enrichment and employment programmes for youth and facilitated leadership development workshops for women in New York City. At the Hertie School in Berlin she studied public policy, specialising in youth and women's labour inclusion and equitable workplace policies and practices. During her studies, she worked as a Researcher for Strategies for Social Change and an Analyst for LEAD, where she consulted with private, public and non-profit organisations on strategic change, employee engagement and innovation. Alexandra is particularly interested in roles that span people, partnerships and social change.
