Alexandra Rottenkolber holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Geography from Heidelberg University as well as a Master of Science in Social Data Science from the University of Oxford. At the Hertie School, she studied public policy, specialising in policy analysis and (online) social inequalities. Her professional experience includes work as an independent consultant, research assistant and intern at several institutions including amongst others the German development agency GIZ, the German Federal Foreign Office, as well as the German Bundestag. Alexandra is particularly interested in researching social inequalities based on digital behaviour data and will work on obtaining her PhD after graduation.
